Artwood series cutaway elektro/akustisk gitar fra Ibanez.
The AW54CE features a solid mahogany top to provide its core tonality
and playing response. Mahogany is a very warm-sounding wood with a
highly musical response and a sweet balance of frequencies.
It will give you both delicate nuance and full-bodied tone, so you´ll hear
every part of your playing with great clarity.
Solid tonewoods are more stable and resonant than laminates; the solid
mahogany top gives you the response and sound of a more expensive
guitar. The top is supported by an X bracing pattern which gives it
strength and enhances your projection.
The Fishman Sonicore pickup is mounted under the bridge and aims to
recreate your tone with great clarity. The pickup is connected through an
Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp system that gives you access to a handy
on-board tuner for quick tuning adjustments. The preamp also has a
2-band EQ to fully sculpt your treble and bass frequencies directly from
the guitar´s side-mounted control panel.
